Welcome to Charge.Live. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, and EV charging infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. User Accounts and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

2. Use of Charging Stations

Users must follow all posted instructions, signs, and safety guidelines at Charge.Live hubs. Idle fees may apply if your vehicle remains connected to a charger after the charging session is complete. Vandalism or misuse of equipment will result in immediate account termination and legal action.

3. Payments and Wallet

All payments are processed through the Charge.Live Wallet or integrated payment gateways. By making a reservation or initiating a charge, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Prices are subject to change based on dynamic pricing algorithms and grid demand.

4. Limitation of Liability

Charge.Live is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to vehicle damage, data loss, or service interruptions.
